TCRW Soho is a luxury mixed-use development located in London’s vibrant West End, featuring premium residential apartments, high-end retail spaces, and enhanced public infrastructure. The project integrates modern urban living with smart building technology and sustainable architecture, redefining luxury in central London.

Project Responsibilities
 

  • ​Residential Units – 81 high-specification apartments, including  penthouses, offering contemporary city living.
     

  • Retail & Commercial Spaces – Ground-floor retail units designed to attract high-end brands and premium retail experiences.
     

  • Public Infrastructure – Direct access to Tottenham Court Road station, enhancing connectivity and urban accessibility.
     

  • Sustainability & Smart Technology – Energy-efficient design, integrated smart home automation, and sustainable materials.
     

Project Responsibilities & Contributions

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Managed project workflows, ensuring alignment with Galliard Homes' strategic objectives and delivery schedules.
     

  • Liaised with contractors, architects, interior designers, and local authorities to maintain compliance with planning regulations.
     

  • Facilitated cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of residential, retail, and commercial components.
